Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

We currently DO NOT ship INTERNATIONALLY!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us via email: shaniseaesthetics@gmail.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email: shaniseaesthetics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once you receive your RMA, please ship the item back to us at the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [amount].
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
